The call is 30% long EM and 70% long Rut.
I will trade at 40%.
The Emerging Market system has the bias.

- I originally developed this stock market timing system to trade leveraged mutual funds within a retirement account. It appeared that traditional "buy and hold" strategies would not generate the returns I desired in the time frame I needed. Late posting as we were helping friends that got hit with the recent tornadoes. The market took a dive today I see. May be some follow thru so am reducing exposure.
